Broken!?!?
Talk to your average D&D gamer that they will go on about a whole list of Broken things in the game. For thoes that don't know, Broken-something in the rules and by the rules that does not work 'right' and can lead to problems.
I don't see much Broken myself, but what does everyone else think?

Thought Bottle
Without the long awaited (3+ year) FAQ answer, this thing allowed you to craft items without paying XP costs.
Starmantel Cloak
Beat a DC 15 reflex save to become immune to damage.
Retributive Amulet
No save redirect 1/2 of all forms of damage inflected on you into your foe. This not only is better than any DR lower than 50, but can lead to your opponents death just by having more HP than them.
Stormguard Warrior
This one feat can turn any build into a 2,000+ damage power house.
Divine Metamagic
When conjoined with persistant metamagic you can persist any divine buff in the game. Add in Anyspell & Southern Magincion for persisting arcane spells.
Epic Ritual Spells (ignoring DM banning)
Something about a DC 90 will save vs death from a 23rd level spellcaster is a bit much to me.
Psionics
Personal choice really. Psionics can nova on three of the four encounters utterly dominating anything.
Mage’s Disjunction
Permanent magical item dispelling.
Gate
What? 16k for summon any 34HD creature I can think of? I choose a 24 headed paragon psudonatural hydra. etc.
Celerity
Take two turns per round.
Ice Assassin
By RAW, you can give your self divine ranks with this thing.
Illithid Savant
It is pun-pun, only it requires more levels and is a bit more limited.
Beholder Mage
They can cast seven spells at once per encounter.
Pun-Pun
He is the ultimate Blue Mage, so good he can lore creatures with his sub-infinite knowledge skills to aquire their abilities.
Effigys
You can add as many templates as you want before adding the effigy template.
Paragon red dragonspawn abomdination fire souled half-fey half-glass-golem feral mineral warrior dark shadow walker half-gold dragon half-troll tularic winged psudonatural corruptered loth-touched 12 headed hydra can be created by a 12th level caster. Better examples are on the forums on the TO board and have well over 3,000 (+1495) str and enough attacks your only hope is to plane shift away.

Re: Broken!?!?
Starmantel Cloak
Beat a DC 15 reflex save to become immune to damage.
--this is only for half damage (although most people combine it with evasion for immunity anyway), and further this is only immunity to weapon damage, not to any magic or other non-weapon damage effect. And really, the monsters by the time you can afford something costing over 100k gp that completely rely on weapons are quite few.
Epic Ritual Spells (ignoring DM banning)
Something about a DC 90 will save vs death from a 23rd level spellcaster is a bit much to me.
--Casters are supposed to be relatively rare (not just lying around everywhere) in campaign worlds, and epic characters are also incredible rare, supposed to be practically a one in a million kind of odds. So in order to use epic rituals like this, you would need to gather a whole bunch of incredibly rare individuals, IF there are even enough in a given campaing world. How can this be broken? (and epic itself is more overpowered that you could hardly tell anyway)
Psionics
Personal choice really. Psionics can nova on three of the four encounters utterly dominating anything.
--psionics aren't really broken, they are just slightly more powerful than traditional casting. They are slightly easier to create combos with if you are a powergamer, but the system is not *broken* in of itself.
Celerity
Take two turns per round.
--again, this isn't broken in of itself. The character in the RAW is dazed during their turn, effectively managing to take their turn early in initiative, but nothing more. It's once the powergamers begin setting up combos that things get hairy, but powergamers will exploit anything if it can be, the spell itself isn't truly broken...
Illithid Savant
It is pun-pun, only it requires more levels and is a bit more limited.
won't argue with you here... My character Arysk proves this point nicely... >.>
